Assessment & Evaluation

To successfully complete our Future-Ready Talent Management Programme and acquire certification, participants must meet the following requirements for each of the five-course modules:

  • Complete the online pre-readings.
  • Attend all facilitator-led in-person sessions.
  • Achieve a passing grade on the online assessment.
  • Submit course and overall programme evaluations.

Participants will have a two-day window after each module to complete the evaluation and assessment, which will be conducted online. You must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for your individual course certificate.

To qualify for funding, participants must maintain at least 75% attendance and pass all individual module assessments. Upon successfully completing all five modules, you will be awarded the overall programme completion certificate. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

The programme offers a dynamic blend of in-person, interactive modules and flexible virtual coaching. Participants engage in face-to-face sessions for hands-on learning with expert facilitators and peers, while virtual coaching provides the flexibility to schedule sessions at your convenience.
The Future-Ready Talent Management Programme spans six months, with one module per month to seamlessly fit into your schedule. If you miss a module, you can attend a make-up session from another scheduled run. For exact dates, please refer to the programme schedule above.
Yes, all participants will be awarded individual module completion certificates as well as an overall certificate of completion from Korn Ferry Academy upon successfully meeting the programme requirements . This certificate signifies your commitment to building critical skills and competencies, and serves as a valuable addition to your professional portfolio.

The total programme fee is $12,208.00 (inclusive of GST), with up to 90% funding support available for eligible participants through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

This programme is only available on individual sponsorship and to qualify for funding, participants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and meet the criteria required by SSG. 

Additionally, Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above can also use their SkillsFuture Credit top-up to offset the remaining amount after funding. Please refer to the Programme Fees and Funding table above for specific details on eligibility and fees.

The programme includes three one-on-one coaching sessions, scheduled virtually at a mutually convenient time between you and the coach. These application-focused sessions bridge programme knowledge with real-world workplace challenges, ensuring you can address your concerns to apply what you’ve learned. You’ll be guided by the same seasoned coach throughout all three sessions, who is both a practitioner and a facilitator in the programme.

The Korn Ferry Talent Assessment is a powerful psychometric tool that provides participants with a detailed, self-paced evaluation of their current skills, strengths, and growth opportunities. Completed prior to the first module, this assessment offers valuable insights into the key behaviours and mindsets required to be successful in talent management roles.

To ensure you get the most out of the insights from your development report, the programme includes a guided group debrief. This allows you to interpret the results and prioritise your growth as you progress into your learning journey.
