Self-Awareness and Personal Mastery for Peak Performance

Break down your barriers to peak performance, assemble a comprehensive toolkit that minimizes limiting mindsets and enables a more impactful and purpose-driven career.

Success and failure begin in the mind and in the small habits we build. It sounds like a cliché, but elite athletes, artists and leaders acknowledge this.

The same holds true for professionals. Beliefs and practices we’ve built over our lives play a role in limiting or enabling our success. But amid the rapidly changing world of work—not to mention the urgency of daily tasks—we often don’t have time to pause, examine our inner selves, and adjust.

Join our course Self-Awareness and Personal Mastery for Peak Performance, and cultivate habits that pave the path to success.

This course will help you learn:
  • Enabling and inhibiting beliefs: techniques to overcome limiting mindsets as you expand your comfort zone
  • Mental models and practices that elevate your mindset and skills: develop these so you can realize your potential
  • Automatic patterns of behavior and communication: examine them to improve your communication and work styles

As you learn more about your strengths and limitations, you’ll understand how to break down your barriers to peak performance. Take this course today—and forge a path towards a more impactful and purpose-driven career.
